  • Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Address revisions are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed or shipped, we cannot modify the destination. Please ensure your residential address is accurate to avoid customs delays.

  • Are your toys safe for children? Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. Every product curated by Vantiromart undergoes rigorous quality checks and complies with international safety standards. We prioritize non-toxic, BPA-free materials.

  • How do I know if a toy is age-appropriate? Each product page includes a recommended age range. Please review these details carefully to ensure the toy matches your child's developmental stage.

  • Do toys come with batteries included? Due to international shipping regulations, most battery-operated toys do not include batteries. Please check the "Product Specifications" section on the individual product page for battery requirements.

  • How secure is my online order? Your security is non-negotiable. We use SSL encryption technology to protect your data. Your credit card information is sent directly to the payment provider's secure network and is never stored on our servers.

  • Are there any exchange rates? All transactions are processed in US Dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank will apply their daily exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

  • Why is my tracking information not updating? It often takes 3-5 business days for the carrier to update their system. If your info hasn't changed after a week, please contact our support team.

  • How do I input my address if it's not in English? Our system requires English input. Please use the English equivalent for special characters (e.g., change "é" to "e" or "ñ" to "n") to ensure our logistics partners can process your label correctly.
