1. Order Processing Time
To ensure every toy meets our quality and safety standards, all orders undergo a rigorous inspection before dispatch.

Notification: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package leaves our fulfillment center.
2. Shipping Estimates (United States Focus)
We work with premium logistics partners to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

United States: 7-15 business days (Standard Secured Shipping).

Canada, UK & Europe: 10-20 business days.

Australia & New Zealand: 10-20 business days.

3. Shipping Methods & Insurance

Insured & Protective Shipping (Highly Recommended): Specifically designed for our toy collections. If your item is lost during transit or arrives with significant damage, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost to you (provided photo evidence is submitted within 48 hours of delivery).

Priority Handling: Your order is moved to the front of our daily fulfillment queue. While it does not change the transit speed of the carrier, it ensures the fastest possible dispatch from our warehouse.
4. Multiple Shipments
To provide the fastest delivery, Vantiromart operates from multiple specialized warehouses. If you order different types of toys, they may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. This does not affect your total shipping cost.
5. Tracking Your Order
Tracking numbers typically become active within 3-5 business days after dispatch. You can track your package directly on our website or via 17track.net using the provided ID.
6. Change Requests & Address Accuracy

Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been handed to the carrier, we are unable to make changes. Please double-check your selection to avoid disappointment.
