1. 30-Day Standard Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt.

Condition: To be eligible for a refund, toys must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Exclusions: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in inspecting our toys, but we understand that transit issues can occur.

Evidence: Please attach clear photos of the damaged toy and its packaging to support@vantiromart.com.

Solution: We will prioritize sending a replacement item at no extra cost to you, or issue a full refund upon verification.
3. Missing Items
If your full order has not arrived or a specific part of a toy set is missing:

Reporting Window: Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Action: We will investigate with our fulfillment center and ship the missing components immediately.
4. The Returns Process
To initiate a return (excluding promotional/final sale items), please follow these steps:

Our team will provide you with the Return Authorization and the specific return address.

Once the returned toy is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5. Third-Party Retailers
For the return or exchange of Vantiromart products purchased from authorized third-party retailers or gift platforms, please contact that retailer directly for their specific return procedures.
